At the age of 32, Cuddy was the youngest female doctor to become a Dean of Medicine. Cuddy was able to convince Dr. House to work in her hospital as the Chief of Diagnostic Department, Cuddy started setting aside an insurance of $50,000 every year just to prepare for the expenses of any potential legal charges against Dr. House.
